This easy to do, no-equipment HIIT, travel-workout is perfect for any situation. The movements can be done without any equipment, or you can use whatever you have on hand. The workout uses fat-blasting intervals to get your muscles working efficiently. Use this workout to test yourself every month to see if the rounds you can make it through increase. The reps used in this workout scheme can be modified. Feel free to reduce the reps in order for you to be able to go for longer.

Working out does not have to be a major production. Think about it: you currently possess all the equipment you ever need! It's called your body. Once you learn how to use it, you can get a killer workout any time, any place. Working out involves pushing, pulling, and doing stuff with your legs -- when you break it down like that, it makes all excuses just sound ... kinda silly :)

When you are of the mind-set that you have to go somewhere and do something (all the time) in order to get a workout, it kinda takes the fun out of it. Remember when you were a kid? Or do you have kids? They run everywhere they go. It's a good reminder that working out is natural, normal, and lots of fun.

Or how about this: what if you were thrown into prison? Those guys workout like crazy with minimal equipment. Further proof of my point! When there's a will there's a way. When working out becomes a MUST, rather than a SHOULD, you can't lose.
