Do YOU Want To Feel Great?

Of course, you do! Who doesn't want to feel great? 

When it comes to feeling great. You've got lots of options: drugs, sex, chocolate, exercise ... I'll tell you the least popular option. It's exercise.

Why is that? It's because you perceive that exercise requires that you take the path of MOST RESISTANCE. Our monkey brains want quick, easy, simple, and we've lied to ourselves about exercise. We think exercise is hard.

But it doesn't have to be. Hard/easy, fun/boring, are all subjective based on the thoughts you allow yourself to associate with any given activity.

What if you could "hack" your brain? Well, you can. It's about mindset. Talk positively to yourself during exercise. The more intense, the better. You can pretend you're a commando, Navy Seal, or you're battling some evil King, or whatever. The point is ... you can make yourself FEEL like a badass. You can make yourself addicted to that feeling. And if you became addidcted to intense exercise ... well, let's say it would be a real short time until you RESHAPE your body and FEEL GREAT everyday. Every single day is better than the last if it's a day I've CRUSHED it. 

What does crush it mean? It means as little as 10 m a day. Hell, one minute of all-out exercise is extremely beneficial and can add YEARS to your life.

The point is, it can be easy. It can be fun. It's a matter of perspective.

If you know, being the super-smart intellect that you are, that you could engage in three 45 m exercise classes a week and ADD YEARS and quality to your life and feel great ... what's stopping you?

Your lower self. The same "YOU" that hits snooze, eats too much and does all those things that make you feel YUCK. But we do it anyway because we've told ourselves that those things are an EASY, SIMPLE, and quick way to feel great. But the opposite is true! 

Overcome the "you" that hits snooze. Align yourself with your higher calling Live the life of your dreams.
